By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that: • you have read and understood these Terms • you agree to comply with them • you are authorized to act on behalf of the brand or company you represent These Terms apply to all users of iLea Business.

iLea Business lets fashion brands: • manage and update brand and product information • synchronize catalog data within the iLea ecosystem • control pricing, availability, and product visibility • access platform features related to catalog management and brand operations We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform as it evolves. We'll notify you of major changes when possible.

To use iLea Business, you must: • provide accurate and up-to-date registration information • keep your login credentials secure • notify us promptly of any unauthorized access • ensure you are authorized to represent the registered brand You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

When you use the platform, you agree to: • provide accurate and lawful brand and product data • comply with all applicable laws and regulations • respect intellectual property rights • not upload illegal, misleading, or harmful content • not attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the platform • not introduce malware or malicious code We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms.

Your Content You own all brand data, product information, and content you upload. You give iLea a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and sync this content only to provide the platform's services. Our Platform iLea owns the platform, including its software, design, and branding. You can't copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit it without written permission. Trademarks "iLea" and related names and logos are trademarks of iLea and may not be used without authorization.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Some features may require payment. If applicable, you agree to: • pay all fees associated with your subscription plan • provide valid payment information • allow recurring charges unless you cancel Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires it or we state otherwise.

By You You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. By Us We may suspend or terminate access if you: • violate these Terms • engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity • fail to pay applicable fees Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee: • the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free • specific results or outcomes will be achieved • third-party data will always be accurate You use the platform at your own risk.

To the extent the law allows, iLea isn't liable for: • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • loss of profits, data, or business opportunities Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to iLea in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iLea from claims, damages, and expenses arising from: • your use of the Platform • your content or brand data • your violation of these Terms • your infringement of third-party rights

These Terms are governed by European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved through: 1. good-faith negotiation 2. mediation, where appropriate 3. competent courts within the EU Where the law allows, you waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of major changes by email or in the platform. If you keep using the platform after changes, that means you accept them.
